Breakfast was not included. As I have been a guest at your Chembur property, you could have offered Breakfast for free or at a reasonable rate. Location was good. Room was small.

Breakfast quality was very good, spread was also commendable. Service wasn't that great but nothing to complain about. I love cashews and I didn't find it in the buffet, but other dry fruits were there.

I recently stayed at the Meluha - The Fern hotel in Mumbai. The hotel is a five-star property, and everything was at par with what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. I especially appreciated Nikhil, the housekeeping person on the sixth floor, who was always available to help me and my two young children.

We loved our stay at Meluha. We came all the way from USA to show our daughter where we had celebrated her 1st birthday and she was so impressed. shout out for the staff, they were so kind, humble, so so very professional.. Room service was awesome food and restaruant staff was so good. i can go on & on. I would highly recommend your hotel. we look forward to visit again and make more memories. Thank you

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was larger than expected and complete with everything needed for a week long stay. The hotel is ideally located if you have work in the area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

South Indian, North Indian, Maharashtrian, Continental, American Breakfast are all choices available. Kal Dosai was my favourite, when I asked them to make it and provided the spec for the same!

The staff was very helpful, especially the restaurant staff: Sohel, our server, was great with explanations and making sure that the food was not too spicy. There was a problem with the electricity in my room (707) and this was very quickly dealt with, and the concierge (Sebastian) made sure I was comfortable with a cup of tea and cake while I waited for maintenance to fix things.

My stay at the Meluha was very comfortable. the room was well stocked with amenities and the staff was extremely courteous and all queries were attended to well in time. Breakfast was a reasonably good spread but maybe some variety would be welcome. I was a female who travelled alone but couldnt have had a better place to stay
